About me:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a Christian and have been living and working in the East Texas area for more than 23 years. I have been working as a structural engineer during that time; the State of Texas has me registered as a Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I graduated from Texas A&M in College Station in 1984 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. I received my Texas P.E. License in 1998. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer to perform independent inspections for individuals, investors or anyone with real estate interests. By hiring me I will give an honest independent review of your foundation or whatever else is your issue. I do not work for any foundation repair companies and am not associated with any. Sometimes their assessment may be biased, if you hire me I can provide an independent honest opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost for my services varies depending on the difficulty, distance and the scope of the project. I will send a proposal to your email (with a fixed price) describing the scope of the project and what I will provide after a telephone interview. Typically the scope is a written stamped report with photographs and a diagram. If you accept my proposal please return the signed general terms and conditions that will serve as our contract. A contract is necessary to protect both myself and you (the client, to make sure you get what you are asking for and expecting). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My cost includes my travel time and expenses, the time for my inspection and time to write the report. In general most residential foundation inspections run between $800-$1600.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I limit my area of coverage to the east Texas area for about a 60 mile radius around South Tyler, beyond that my travel time gets excessive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
